United StatesThe size was smaller than expected and asking for a exchange has not yielded a response from Woobie Customer Service yet. The product itself is good and arrived in a reasonably timeframe, the size is just small. My dissatisfaction at this point is from a customer service perspective.

United StatesPocket seam had ripped off when I put my hands inside. This was right after taking it out of the packaging. I did re sew it, but still just a minor inconvenience. Very warm product and looks great!
