Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or an exchange, and return shipping is free.

What can come back

Items in the condition they arrived: unworn and unused, with the tags on and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to return or exchange

1. Email orders@woobiegear.com with your order number and what you're sending back. For an exchange, tell us the size or colour you'd like instead.
2. We'll email you a return label and where to send it.
3. Pack it up and send it back with the label.

Please wait for the label. Returns sent back without one can't be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email orders@woobiegear.com straight away, with a photo if you can, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll email you to say whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, within 10 business days of the return arriving. Refunds cover the price of the items; the original shipping charge isn't refunded.
